je999 Responsible Gaming — Your Control, Your Protection
je999 believes gaming should be a source of enjoyment — not stress or problems. Our responsible gaming tools and support team are always here for you.
Why Is Responsible Gaming Important?
je999's Commitment and Core Principles
Online gaming is a form of entertainment. However, like any entertainment, it is important to enjoy it in the right way. je999 believes every player has the right to a safe, controlled, and enjoyable gaming experience.
Problem gaming or addiction can have a negative impact on anyone's life — financial loss, damaged relationships, and mental stress. That is why je999 has built various protective tools and support systems, so every individual can maintain full control over their own gaming experience.
Only those aged 21 or above may open an account and play on our site. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing je999.
Gaming should be for fun. If you ever feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, please contact the je999 support team. We are always here for you.
je999's Protective Tools
Keep Your Gaming Experience Under Control
Deposit Limit
je999 lets you set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set, you will not be able to deposit more than that amount — it is the best way to play within your budget.
Time-Out Feature
If you feel you need a break for a while, use the time-out feature. Your account can be temporarily closed for a set period (for example, from 24 hours to a few weeks).
Self-Exclusion
If you want to take a long-term break, use the self-exclusion option. This allows you to fully deactivate your account for an extended period. The support team will assist you with this.
Session Time Limit
You can set a maximum time for each gaming session. When the set time is up, je999 will alert you so you can make a conscious decision.
Gaming History Review
Log into your account at any time to view a complete record of your gaming history, deposits, and withdrawals. Review your activity regularly.
24/7 support
je999's support team provides assistance in Bengali and English seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. Contact us via live chat or email ([email protected]).
