In these terms and conditions, "je999", "we", "our", or "platform" refers to the je999 online gaming service. "User", "player", or "you" refers to any person who has registered on je999 or is using the platform.

"Account" means a personal profile registered in a specific user's name on je999. "Bonus" means any promotional benefit offered by je999. "Wagering" or "placing a bet" means playing games on the platform by staking money.

3.1 Registration

When registering on je999, you must provide your correct name, mobile number, and any other required information. Registering with incorrect or false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player may hold only one account on je999. If a single person is found to have multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed immediately and all bonuses will be cancelled.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login details confidential. Notify je999 immediately of any unauthorised access to your account. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.

4.1 Deposit Methods & Minimum Amount

The following mobile wallet methods are currently accepted for depositing funds on je999: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. (Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.) The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile wallet method used for your deposit.

4.3 Verification

je999 reserves the right to verify your identity before processing a withdrawal. Deposits and withdrawals must be made in the name of the registered account holder only — transactions through third parties are not permitted.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

After opening an account on je999 for the first time, a 100% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳22,000 will earn the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 — giving a total balance of ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined sum of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus applies only once per account.
• Multiple members using the same device, IP address, or household cannot claim the same bonus.
• je999 reserves the right to cancel a bonus in cases of suspected bonus abuse.
• Once a bonus has been credited to an account, it must be used within a specified time period — the expiry is stated on the promotions page.
• je999 may change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

je999's VIP program has four tiers. Players advance to higher tiers based on their activity and regularity. Weekly cashback applies at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

je999 may change VIP tier benefits at any time. Cashback is credited directly to the account and is withdrawable subject to applicable conditions.

je999 is committed to ensuring a fair and balanced environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Abusing the bonus system or collecting bonuses through artificial means.
• Gaining an advantage by using multiple accounts.
• Playing using automated software, bots, or algorithms.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate games.
• Attempting to access the system through hacking, phishing, or any other unauthorised method.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing or engaging in offensive behaviour towards other players or je999 staff.

If any of the above activities are detected, the account will be permanently closed immediately, all bonuses and winnings will be cancelled, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

10.1 Closure at the Player's Request

You may request to close your je999 account at any time. The balance available in the account at the time of the request (subject to wagering requirements being met) may be withdrawn.

10.2 Closure at je999's Initiative

je999 may close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false information or identity fraud.
• Suspected bonus abuse or system manipulation.
• Evidence of an underage player being found.
• Account inactive for an extended period.
